The Petitioners seek a direction that the repairs of the building in which they are residing be directed to be completed expeditiously. In so far as the said repairs are concerned, we are informed by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai that a stop work notice under Section 354A has been issued to the Respondent No.5 who is the owner of the building and that a suit is pending in the City Civil Court. If that be so, the direction as sought by the Petitioners in the above Petition cannot be acceded to. It would be for the Petitioners to obtain appropriate orders from the City Civil Court.
