The notice of motion seeks recall of a self-operative rejection order for non-compliance with office objections. There is a delay of 80 days in taking out the present notice of motion. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the delay is condoned and the order of rejection is recalled and set aside and the petition is restored to file. The Petitioner shall now remove all office objections within three weeks, failing which the petition shall stand rejected without reference to the court.
