After this matter was argued for sometime Mr. Kantawala submits on instruction of his clients who is present in Court that he will file application under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1961. He seeks to withdraw these petitions unconditionally. On his application petitions allowed to be withdrawn.
