Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :
"(a)that the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, be discharged in respect of suit asset as more particularly described in Exhibit E to the Petition without passing of accounts and on payment of costs, charges and expenses if any, by the Petitioner"; 2.
The Court Receiver shall submit the statement of accounts to the Petitioner and the payments/refund, if any, shall be made within a period of two ssp 1/2
chs 1245 of 2016 (947).sxw weeks from the date of finalization of accounts. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
