Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)that the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, be discharged without passing of accounts on payment of costs, charges and expenses if any, by the Petitioner";

The Petitioner/Applicant undertakes to pay costs, charges and expenses if any of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving intimation of payment from the Office of the Court Receiver. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
