Pursuant to the order passed today in the morning session, Mr. Mukul Tally from S. Mahomedbhai and Co., is present in Court. He states that according to Company Master Data, the directors of the Company are Ms. Nancy Silva, Mr. Ramesh Govind Dhage, Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Hans and Mr. Rajendra Gajanan Gudekar. He further states that to the best of his knowledge, the Company belongs to the Silva's. However, Ms. Nancy Silva and her husband are out of the country and her son Mr. Nikhil Silva was behind bars in view of the complaint filed againt him with the ssp 1/2

Mr. Tally states that the above Chamber Order is taken out by M/s. S. Mahomedbhai and Co., seeking discharge in the matter. He states that though M/s. S. Mahomedbhai and Co., has filed its Vakalatnama in other matters for the Plaintiffs, he is taking steps to seek discharge from all matters. 2.

I have perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed and M/s. S. Mahomedbhai and Co., are discharged from appearing for the Plaintiffs in the above Suit.

In view of the above, Mr. Nikhil Silva is directed to remain present before this Court on 25 th June, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. The directors of Defendant No.1 i.e. Ramesh Govind Dhage, Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Hans and Mr. Rajendra Gajanan Gudekar are also directed to remain present before this Court on that day. Stand over to 25 th June, 2018 at 3.00 p.m.
