The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, it is not possible to serve the Chamber Summons for want of correct address of the respondents, who are not residing at the address available with the applicant. She seeks to withdraw the Chamber Summons with liberty to file a fresh Chamber Summons, if the occasion arises after the applicant ascertains the correct whereabouts of the respondents.
