The Company Application seeks dispensation of settlement of list of contributories of the company in liquidation in accordance with section 467 of the Companies Act 1966. The company has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 02/11/1984. The equity shares of the company in liquidation are closely held by family members of the applicant and are indisputably fully paid up. There is no need of making any calls on the contributories for any unpaid dues on the shares. So also, there is no question of adjustment of rights amongst the contributories in the present case.
