By this Motion, applicant has prayed for recalling order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Testamentary Petition No.106 of 2015. By order dated 09.01.2017, time to remove office objections upto and inclusive of 27.02.2017 was granted. Mr. Dubey assures that after restoration of the Petition, within 8 weeks, applicant will remove all the office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Motion, Motion is made 1/2

NMT137_17.doc absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Petition No.106 of 2015 is restored to its original position. Petitioner shall remove office objections within 8 weeks from today. Order accordingly.
