The Chamber Summons is taken out for amendment to the Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Chamber Summons has been served upon the Respondents and that affidavit of service will be filed within a week from today. 2.

In light of the subsequent events and particularly in view of the Judgment in Steel Authority of India Limited and others v/s. National Union Waterfront Workers and others, (2001) 7 SCC 1, the Chamber Summons is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
