Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1-SRA on instructions submits that the Petitioner has been held to be eligible. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2-developer on instructions submits that the rehab building is ready. The developer is willing to offer the tenement to the eligible occupant as directed by the SRA. 8th May 2024

We request the SRA to do the needful as the Petitioner has been held eligible and in view of the stand which has been taken by the Respondent No.2 developer. The compliance report to be submitted within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.

The Petition is disposed of. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty. No costs.
