By an order dated 18 June 2015 a statement as made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not pressing for any adinterim relief, came to be recorded. Thereafter, this petition is pending on the ground that the parties are negotiating the settlement. Learned Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the petitioner has filed a fresh petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 and the same is pending. 2.

Considering the above circumstances, keeping all contentions of the parties open, this petition is disposed of. All the contentions can be urged in the fresh petition which is filed on behalf of the petitioner. No costs.
