The petitioner No.1 has expired on 12th May-2017 and, therefore, this chamber summon is taken out by the widow of the deceased petitioner No.1 to implead her as petitioner No.1(a) in the said petition. Since the chamber summons is filed within time, we allow the same in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

The chamber summons stands disposed off.
