These applications seek re-adjudication of the Applicants' debts by the Official Liquidator. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he wants to produce additional materials and file an additional affidavit before the Official Liquidator for re-adjudication in respect of proofs of debt.

The Applicants are permitted to file additional affidavit/s with such materials, as they desire to produce before the Official Liquidator. Such affidavits and materials to be filed within eight weeks. After these affidavits and materials are placed before the Official Liquidator, he shall consider the affidavits and materials and re-adjudicate the claims of the Applicants, if necessary.
