Mr. Gaikwad, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the order dtd. 10th October, 2013 revoking leave under Section 12 of the Latest Patent has been confirmed by the Apex Court. He also states that the petitioner has already adopted proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act before the appropriate court. In view of revocation of the leave, the Arbitration Petition cannot be maintained in this court and the same is accordingly disposed off.
