Pursuant to the directions given on the last date, Mr. Anil Agarwal, Advocate filed the Affidavit of service dated 11th July, 2018 of Mr. Vaibhav Shigwan working as a Clerk in his office, inter alia, stating therein that letter dated 15th March, 2018 issued by Mr. Anil Agarwal to Petitioning Creditor is duly served upon the Petitioning Creditor as well as copy of Chamber Order sent to Petitioning Creditor by Registered A.D. is came back with remark "not claimed". It presumes that Petitioning Creditor is not interested to give further instructions to their Advocate.

PER INSOLVENCY REGISTRAR :- In view thereof and upon reading the Affidavit of Mr. Anil Agarwal, Advocate solemnly affirmed on 4th June, 2018 and upon hearing Ms. Pooja Rathod, i/b. Mr. Anil Agarwal, it is hereby ordered that Mr. Anil Agarwal, Advocate be and is hereby discharged as an Advocate on behalf of the Petitioning Creditor in the above Insolvency Petition and it is lastly Ordered that Mr. Anil Agrawal, Advocate do handover all the papers and proceedings relating to the above matters to the Petitioning Creditor, upon payment of his professional fees, costs, if any.
