Mr.Atul Ramshankar Shukla has also produced a certified copy of the resolution passed by the respondent and also authority letter dated 8th February,2017 authorizing him to execute the consent terms in this petition on behalf of the respondent. The certified copy of the resolution and the authority letter are taken on record.
