WP.1851.2014.43.doc this Writ Petition on 10th July, 2014 be continued for a period of four weeks from today.
2) We have heard the parties only on the point of continuation of the ad-interim order and we find that since the matter concerns the safety and security of public and particularly in the light of a emergency such as fire, it would not be appropriate to continue the ad-interim order as prayed for. We continue it for only a period of two weeks but without prejudice to the contentions and rights of all parties.
