Mr. Kamat is pressing only for prayer clause - (a) which reads as under :

(a) that pending hearing and final disposal of the present company application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time for completing the balance work of the said project as undertaken given in order dated 26.04.2018 passed in company application no.261 of 2018 and in the undertakings submitted on 06.12.2018 before this Hon'ble Court for 2 months.

Mr. Kamat also states that the six months period will expire on 21st June 2019. Mr. Bharti has no objection if the Court grants two months extension beginning from 22nd June 2019, which would mean the two months will expire on 21st August 2019.

Therefore, the time for completing the balance work of the project as per the undertaking recorded in the order dated 26th April 2018 in Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 904.CAL-243-2019.doc company application no.261 of 2018 and as recorded in the orders passed by the Appeal Court is extended upto and including 21st August 2019. Company application accordingly stands disposed. Liberty to applicant, to seek reliefs in terms of prayer clauses - (b) and (c), should the need arise, is granted. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
