This is a mortgage Suit. The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. Part of cause of action arose in Mumbai, where one of the properties is situated. The document was executed outside Mumbai. Two properties are outside Mumbai. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit.
