It is submitted that in the present proceedings, by a specific order dated 12th October, 2023, the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court had granted chamber order, whereby name of petitioner No.1 i.e. Lalit Kumar was directed to be deleted from the array of petitioners in the probate petition. It is stated that in terms of the order of the chamber order, the petition was amended and the name of said Lalit Kumar was deleted from the array of petitioners.

Yet, the grant dated 18th April, 2024 has been issued showing the name of the said Lalit Kumar as petitioner No.1. 4.

It appears that the department has erred in not deleting the name of the said Lalit Kumar despite the chamber order dated 12th October, Shrikant Malani
