The two Applicants, Nipa Mangat and Usha Shah, claim that they were allotted or purchased sixteen flats in Mantri Park. There was a buy-back arrangement. It seems to be agreed by Mr. Davar for the Company that the claims of both Applicants. This is sufficient. Hence, Company Application (L) No. 439 of 2016 is disposed of on the basis of Mr. Davar's statement that these claims will be addressed in the Scheme of Compromise that is being proposed. (G. S.
