Once we were not inclined to grant relief in these Notices of Motion, leave is sought to withdraw them with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. The Notices of Motion are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

When this order was passed, Mr.Sancheti, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in these petitions, says on instructions, that the petitioners are seeking leave to withdraw the writ petitions. Since these are the instructions received from the petitioners by the instructing advocate, leave is granted to withdraw the writ petitions.

The respondents are at liberty to withdraw the money deposited with accrued interest as also encash the bank guarantee. In the event, the amount under any bank guarantee is already paid, the Registry to verify this fact and then return the bank guarantee to the petitioners.
