Matter mentioned. Not on board, taken on board. By praecipe dated 30.09.2022 the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner has sought extension of time for removal of office objections. The only objection is with regard to payment of Court fees in the Testamentary Petition and which the Petitioner has paid in compliance with the office objection. However, the file was not available with the department for compliance for several weeks and therefore, the Petitioner was not able to get confirmation of removal of office objections. Waghmare 1/2

In the event office objections are not removed within stipulated period of two weeks, Testamentary Petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Court.
