The Official Liquidator's report seeks permission to file a criminal complaint against two ex-directors of the company in liquidation mentioned in the report, under Section 454 (5) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 132 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. As many as three attempts were made for serving these ex-directors. The packets of service have come back with remark either "Refused" or "Not claimed". The report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
