1. The Petitioner has filed the above petition inter alia claiming Permanent Alternate ' Accommodation and Arrears of Transit Rent more particularly mentioned in the V'
above Writ Petition.
2. Both parties have negotiated with each other and discussed the issues in detail and have resolved the entire disputes pending in the Writ Petition amicably.
3. It is agreed by both the parties that Respondent No. 4 in the Writ Petition agrees that the Petitioner is an eligible tenant.

4. The Respondent No.' 4 agrees and undertakes 'that the Respondent No. 4 will hand over the possession of said Permanent Alternate Accommodation in the new building bearing Flat No. 901 in Wing - B in Shree Sai Sahakar Ekta Dr. Ambedkar Nagar S.R.A CHS Ltd. Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Matinga Labout Camp, Matunga, Mumbai - 400 i 'Vs .
019 on or before 31 " May 2024.
5. The Respondent No. 4 agrees and undertakes to make a payment of 11 months advance rent arrears @ Rs. 12,000/- I i
I per month by Cheque No. 000384 amounting to Rs. 1,32,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Only) f within a period of 15 days from the execution of the said consent terms.

6. The Petitioner agrees and undertakes to withdraw and take back all claims, complaints, and all their respective allegations made by them as against each other in the I present Writ Petition, complaints to authorities and other <1 proceeding therefrom in the matter immediately upon execution of this consent terms.
7. The Petitioner hereby declare, confirm and agree that he have no other claim of whatsoever nature against Respondent No. 4 and all allegations, statements and claims made against Respondent No. 4 stands withdrawn immediately upon execution hereof.
8. The Writ Petition shall stand disposed off in view of these terms.
9. No order as to costs.
