This is the Plaintiff's Chamber Summons to add the Respondent in Chamber Summons as the 2nd Defendant to the Suit. The Plaintiff says that this is necessary because it has now received information that the 2nd Defendant exports pharmaceuticals and the 1st Defendant's partner reported that the 1st Defendant manufactures the impugned gel WARMRUB on instructions from the 2nd Defendant.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out on or before 24th June 2016, without need of reverification.
