Mr Tamboly for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Petitioner will make a revised proposal for an OTS to the Bank of by SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2022.01.05 17:49:14 +0530 Baroda, Respondent No. 2. Mr Bamne, on instructions states that if that proposal is made, the bank will consider it in accordance with existing policy, guidelines and law.

We clarify that we have not assessed the rival contentions on merits. The Petitioner is also at liberty to make a request to the Bank 5th January 2022

All contentions are expressly left open.
