Instant Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicants for setting aside Order dated 18.04.2018, rejecting Company Application for non-removal of office objections.

Perused Affidavit in Support. It reveals that there is only one day delay in removing office objection due to summer vacation.

Despite of service, none appeared on behalf of the Respondents to resist the instant Chamber Order. Hence, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted as sufficient reason to allow Chamber Order. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Company Application and get the same numbered and registered on or before 03.08.2018, failing Company Application to stand rejected for nonremoval of office objections under O. S. Rule 986.
