That motion stands restored to file.

By consent of both the Advocates, we place the Notice of Motion No.1524 of 2015 on today's board. 4.

Having found that there was a delay of 27 days which has occurred unintentionally and there are no mala fides, we condone the delay. Thus, the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal shall now be registered and placed for admission in ordinary course.

The Notice of Motion No.1524 of 2015 accordingly stands disposed of.
