Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 14.03.2024 along with true copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court on 25.10.2023 in MPT/119/2023 with IA(L)/5455/2023 in TP/563/2021. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner that grant issued in favour of the Petitioner in TP/563/2021 has been revoked and Testamentary Petition is revived for consideration with direction to expedite the proceedings.

2. Upon perusal of praecipe only prayer to fix the date of hearing is made. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he will take necessary steps in the petition, if time granted. Accordingly, time granted. Furthermore, as grant is revoked by the Hon'ble Court, petitioner to take steps in respect of the grant as per the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, adjourned.
