The learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the above Arbitration Petition. He states on instructions that the Petitioner shall not make any claim before any forum/tribunal against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in respect of the Exclusive Artist Management Agreement dated 13-11-2014. In other words, the Petitioner has no claim of whatsoever nature against Respondent Nos.1 and

2. The statement is accepted. The Petitioner undertakes to pay cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed of.
