Mr. Halai, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Society has granted share certificate in the petitioner's name. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings challenging the redevelopment before an appropriate forum. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
