Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant. By this application the Applicant is seeking directions to the Registry of this Court to grant permission for the Plaintiff to lodge the proposed Suit which although below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court concerns the same parties as well as the same subject matter in Commercial Summary Suit (L) No.679 of 2019.

Considering that the subject matter is the same as well as the parties being the same, in Commercial Summary Suit (L) No.679 of 2019, the Registry is directed to permit the Applicant to lodge the proposed Suit in this Court.

Accordingly, Notice of Motion is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
