2] Relief prayed for in this petition is as follows : "(a) That this Hon'ble court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to decide the representation of the Petitioners dated 10.2.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of the Order and further direct the Respondents to pay compensation to the Petitioners in respect of acquired land". 3] Considering the nature of relief prayed for, we direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 10th February 2016 within a period of eight weeks from today on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4] Petition is disposed of accordingly.
