In pursuance of the advertisement issued by the Official Liquidator, two offers have been received for purchase of office premises. The offers are for sums of Rs.4 lacs and Rs.8 lacs, respectively. The offers are far below the reserved price. Accordingly, the Official Liquidator is permitted to re-advertise the sale.Prayer clause (c) of the report is allowed. The cheques received from third parties towards EMD may be returned to them. The report is disposed of accordingly.
