Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent No.1-M/s.Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd. to consider his request for regularization of his account, as according to the Petitioner it was due to Covid-19 pandemic he could not pay the EMIs in respect of loan taken by him for his residential premises. 2.

We permit the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent No.1. If such representation is made within two weeks from today, the same may be decided by the Respondent No.1 within three weeks from the receipt of the representation. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
