This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of the respondents to correct the Judge's Order No.75 of 2011. In the Judge's Order, there is a reference to copy of the minutes of the order dated 9th December 2011 and it is the case of the applicants that that date should '9th December 1998'. It is stated in the affidavit in support that due to inadvertence, in the order it was typed as '2011' instead of '1998'. The counsel for the applicants states that they have served a copy of the chamber summons on the petitioner once on Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

924.chs.601.2014==.doc 22nd June 2014 and again yesterday. Nobody appeared for the petitioners. The counsel undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. The undertaking accepted.
