1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit of the petitioner, copy of the grant issued on 21.02.2022, letter issued by MHADA on 21.07.2022, draft of the agreement for sale, consent of Sunita, Death certificate of Dinesh Tyagi and Rani Tyagi.

2. There are corrections in a draft which are suggested to be carried out. Furthermore, after issuance of grant Dinesh Tyagi died. Therefore, petitioner to file consent of Dinesh Tyagi' s legal heir and file additional affidavit in respect of the legal heirs of the Dinesh Tyagi. Hence, adjourned.
