Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. It is stated that in terms of order dated 27.07.2023, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.1,17,963.45/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, which was invested as per standard practice. It is submitted that since the petitioner is withdrawing the petition, the said amount may be returned to the petitioner along with accrued interest. It is further submitted that court fees may also be refunded.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The aforesaid amount deposited by the petitioner i.e. Rs.1,17,963.45/- along with accrued interest shall be disbursed at the earliest in favour of the petitioner.
