By this petition the petitioners seek extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in terms of Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Reference is now been closed for preparing the Award. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

(i) The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Time to make and publish the award is extended by a period of two months from today.
