Mr. Mishra undertakes to enter appearance on behalf of the respondent. Both the learned counsel state, by consent, that the arbitral proceedings are likely to conclude within a period of two weeks from today. They seek extension of time.

In view of the joint request made by learned counsel for the parties, I pass the following order :- (i) Time for the arbitral tribunal to pass an award is extended upto 30 th October 2021.

(ii) It is made clear that, this being a second extension, no further extension will be granted.
