However, keeping in view that the petitioner's son was appearing for the twelfth standard examination and his result has recently been declared, we allow the petitioner to join duty at his

As regards the period for which he has not joined at the transferred place, except for the period of four weeks as above, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application for grant of leave for the period of his absence.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
