The Petitioner is one of the two daughters of Swapna Sunil Worlikar, who died on 27th May 2016 at Palghar, Maharashtra. A copy of her death certificate is annexed.

During her lifetime, she was ordinarily resident in Palghar. Her husband and parents died before her.

She was survived by her two daughters, Shradha and Shrutika. Shradha is the Petitioner. Shrutika is the elder married daughter. She has consented. Shrutika's consent is at Exhibit 'F' at page Exhibit 18A.

The Petition is brought in this Court because the deceased was employed by the Indian Navy. There are some dues that are owed to her payable in Mumbai.

There being no opposition to the heirship certificate petition, and there being no other proceeding for probate, succession certificate or letters of administration with or without Will annexed, there is no impediment to the grant of relief. 7.

The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 8.
