The Petitioner, by this PIL is seeking the following reliefs: "24 (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction, calling upon the thereby directing the Respondent No.2 (MCGM) to initiate enquiry against the said Respondent No.4 for dereliction of duties under the existing law in force;

2/2 PILL 59 of 106 (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction, calling upon the Respondent No.2 to take further appropriate action in pursuance of the Show Cause Notice already issued vide Exhibit "E".

(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction, calling upon the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against the said 181 persons mentioned in Exhibit "G" herein."

From the reliefs which are sought by the Petitioner in the PIL, it is obvious that no public interest is involved in this PIL. Hence, PIL is dismissed, reserving right of the aggrieved person to take out appropriate proceedings, if any, before the appropriate forum M.S. SONAK, J.
