This notice of motion has been filed for early hearing of the related Income Tax Appeal No.736 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that not only applicant / appellant is a senior citizen, the order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, which is impugned in the present appeal, has been disapproved by the Supreme Court in the case of one of the Directors of the same company.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we are of the view that an early hearing is called for. 5.

List this appeal for hearing in the Supplementary Board on 06.02.2020.
