Pursuant to the order dated 27th June, 2019 passed by this court, Mr.Dighe, learned A.G.P. for the respondent no.1 tenders a letter dated 28th June, 2019 from the Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra to the learned A.G.P. informing him that there was no meeting held by the former Housing Minister on 15th May, 2019 and there are no such minutes of the alleged meeting annexed by the petitioners at Ex.A to the petition. He submits there was thus no question of any such direction issued by the former Housing Minister in the said alleged meeting. Statement is accepted. Since, there was no such meeting and no such instructions were given by the former Housing Minister, the question of the respondents complying with alleged direction did not arise.
