1] None appears for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 832 of 2016. Respondent No.3 in the said writ petition is the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1819 of 2016.
2] On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No. 832 of 2016 states that the building in respect of which a notice under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation
DSS 2/2 13-wp-832-16@1819-16 Act, 1888 was issued had been demolished. The said notice has been impugned in Writ Petition No. 832 of 2016. We accept the said statement. From the farad -sheet of Writ Petition No. 832 of 2016, we find that there is no ad-interim relief granted in the said petition. 3] Hence, both the petitions do not survive and the same are disposed of.
