It has been apprised by the learned AGP that the Petitioner's application of renewal of the license is pending for consideration and decision before the competent authority of the Respondents. He has stated that the Petitioner is supposed to file a reply of the notice dated 4th June, 2018 of which copy has been supplied to the counsel for the Petitioner today during the course of hearing. However, it has been maintained by the learned AGP that the copy has already been served.

Be that as it may, let the Petitioner to file reply of the notice dated 4th June, 2018 within two weeks from today. On Vishal Parekar 1/2

15-wpl-1902-2018.doc receipt of said reply, the competent authority of the Respondents shall decide the Petitioner's application for renewal of the license after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two weeks from the conclusion of hearing of the matter.
