The present application shown on Board was an application on behalf of defendant No.1 filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the present application at the stage of filing was numbered as Interim Application (L) No.8821 of 2020. On 19.01.2021, the said application was dismissed as withdrawn. It appears that inadvertently, the said application was processed and it is listed today as Interim Application No.184 of 2021. 2.

In view of the fact that this very application stood disposed of by order dated 19.01.2021, no further orders are necessary in the present application.

Learned counsel for defendant No.1 submits that copy of the reply on behalf of the plaintiff is received, which reiterates the fact that the present application stood disposed of on 19.01.2021 already. 4.

Therefore, no further orders are necessary.
